Nova Mutts, LLC ("Nova Mutts, "we," "us," or "our") is a registered brand specializing in luxury, handcrafted dog collars and related accessories designed to combine elegance, style, and gentle functionality for your dog.

All products are intended for decorative and functional use under appropriate circumstances.  By purchasing from Nova Mutts, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

INTENDED USE AND LIMITATIONS

Our collars and products are premium luxury items crafted with high-quality materials, embellishments, hardware, and detailing.  They are designed for:​​​

  • Enhancing your pet's appearance for everyday gentle wear, special occasions, photographs, or supervised activities.

  • Light, supervised functional use (e.g., short, controlled walks with minimal tension).

These products are not intended or suitable for:

  • Heavy pulling, strong leash tension, or use as a primary restraint for dogs that pull aggressively. 

  • Tie-outs, tethering to fixed objects, or any form of restraint where the pet is left unattended.

  • Rough play, agility training, high-impact activities, water activities, or any vigorous/exertive use.

  • Prolonged wear without direct adult supervision.

We strongly recommend using a separate, durable walking harness or heavy-duty everyday collar for active exercise, training, or situations involving potential pulling or rough behavior.  This helps preserve the aesthetic and structural integrity of your Nova Mutts™ luxury collar.

SUPERVISION AND REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS

All Nova Mutts™ products must be used only under direct adult supervision at all times while your pet is wearing them.

  • Remove the collar immediately when your pet is left unattended, crated, in a vehicle, during sleep, or in any situation where unsupervised wear, entanglement, or accidental hazards could occur (e.g., fencing, furniture, or play with other animals).

  • Failure to supervise or remove the product as advised may result in damage to the collar, injury to your pet, or other risks.​

LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTIONS OF RISK

Nova Mutts, LLC takes every reasonable precaution in the design, materials, and craftsmanship of our products.  However, we are not responsible or liable for:

  • Any misuse, improper use, negligence, or failure to follow these guidelines.

  • Any accidents, injury (to pet, person, or third party), illness, death, property damage, or other losses arising from the use (or misuse) of our products.

By purchasing, receiving, or using any Nova Mutts™ products, you expressly assume all responsibility and risk associated with its use.  You agree to hold Nova Mutts, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless and blameless in the event of any incident, claim, or damage related to our products.

This disclaimer is not intended to limit any rights under applicable consumer protection laws where such limitations are prohibited, but it clearly defines the intended and safe scope of use for our luxury items.
